Company Founded
Expatriate Management Services Ltd (EMS) founded in London to provide International Assignment, Payments, and Expense Management services to clients worldwide. There were many mobility providers in existence but EMS soon recognised that the biggest problem facing HR was Global Payroll and Compliance.

Creation of AMIS
Assignment Management Information System (AMIS) created to provide Global Mobility and Expense Management Services.
2006

Addition of Payroll
AMIS extended to include payroll — organic and worldwide growth and coverage. Including Host Country Data and all HR Requirements.

Extension of Global Payroll Services
System further refined to deliver an end-to-end service for Global Payroll with the addition of PEOs/EORs. A full operating system for Global Payroll was now available — nothing like this existed at that time.

Global Growth
EMS commenced trading as Global EMS to better reflect its global offering. USA and Singapore teams added.

Adoption of “Statement” Platform
First Paytech into Global Bank. Global EMS adopted the Statement platform to cover all Payroll and Business support elements with cross-functional capabilities.

Global Expense Management & BPRe Introduced
Global Expense Management offered as an additional service to include web and mobile apps and HR self-service. Introduction of Business Process Re-engineering and Creation of Sustainable Value to provide clients with the foundations for better efficiencies and effectiveness across multiple functions.

Set-up of Treasury App, auto-reconciliation, and more applications relating to Finance and HR.

Development of BPRe system, careful use of AI, and further refinement of payroll processes and Sustainable Value Creation.

Global EMS renamed to Globalise to reflect its highly specialized capabilities, technologies, and global operation. Agentification added to enable better automation and customer service.
