Globalise CEOGlobal EMS is excited to announce our rebrand to Globalise! Global EMS was the brand name for Expatriate Management Services, which originally started as a relocation management company. We soon recognised that the number one problem for HR and Finance teams working in international organisations was global payroll, payments, and compliance.
We brought in bright people to design processes and systems to manage global payroll and payments. By listening to our clients, learning, and refining processes and systems, we were able to continuously innovate and remain ‘well ahead of the curve’.
Organisations now need to produce even ‘more with less’. They require greater automation and are shifting towards improved technologies and AI. While forums talk of this being “the future,” Globalise embraces it in the here and now. Within the next five years, there will have been more change in the marketplace than there has been within the last 20 years.
Today, we have the same customer focus, agility, innovation, and relentless determination as we did in our first office in the City of London. Behind the scenes, there have continued to be significant improvements in our tech systems, capabilities and processes, including the use of AI.
From 31 August 2025, our brand will officially change from Global EMS to Globalise. This new brand better reflects the ‘step change’ increase in our processes, breadth and structure of our technologies, and our global capabilities.
We all operate within a global economy, impacted by global events and politics and need to be more aware of globalisation's continuously evolving nature and effects.
By globalising, we improve communication, trade, and cultural exchange, which in turn leads to economic growth, opportunity, and technological advancement. Fundamentally, globalisation is a force for good which can improve all our lives, but it must be approached in the correct way. Our role is to help global companies do just that.
At Globalise, we provide intellectual clarity, a ‘smart management’ approach, and implementation across all business areas that touch payroll, and advise on other areas which don’t. This involves using both the latest technologies where beneficial, and human expertise which has resulted in savings for our clients of up to 11 times our costs.
Talk to us about how we can help organisations grow economically, technically, and sustainably. We can tell you how we implement the latest technologies and achieve substantial savings through ‘Smart Management’, and then create further value for your organisation.
